Absolutely loved this place! It’s a super chill, clean, and modern apartment just a short walk from Hakata Station. The space was way bigger than I expected like comfy bed, cute terrace, cozy living room, and a kitchen with everything I needed. The price felt super fair for how nice everything was, and the host was really sweet and quick to respond anytime I had a question. If I’m ever back in Fukuoka, I’m definitely staying here again. No need to even look at other options. Highly recommend 💯

The design of the building is a little far from the Hakata district of Fukuoka, but the convenience store is walkable, there is a fully equipped kitchen, suitable for two small families to travel together.

I'm completely satisfied with the price. It can accommodate up to 6 people, but I think 6 people will be a little narrow. We slept with 5 men, and it was okay!!

It was certainly a well maintained property. More suited for a group of young adults or a large family.

We stayed with a couple and two children (7 and 3 years old).The room was spacious enough, clean as pictured, and I was able to relax, so I enjoyed sightseeing in Fukuoka to the fullest.It was nice to have a good water pressure in the shower, and I was satisfied even if there was no hot tub.You can hear the voices next door and the road across the street a lot, but it wasn't a problem at all for sleeping.We would definitely like to stay again if we come to Fukuoka.

It was very nice that the host was polite.It is close to the station and very convenient for the location.The building was very old, and I felt the age around the water, but it was not a particular problem for the environment.

both apartments are located on the same floor with elevator! The apartments are not too far from the center, there are easy restaurants. Even if the building is not new, everything you need is there.
