Our second time to stay at the Niwa House (first was in 2022). As before, everything was excellent.

Clean, modern & comfortable. My family & I loved the place. Yurie was also super responsive, she tried to answer our queries as quickly as possible. Will definitely stay if i'm visiting Itoshima again 😊

Great stay! The house was spacious, clean, and felt just like home. It’s located very close to Dazaifu, which made visiting the shrine super convenient, and it's also not far from central Fukuoka. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after a day of exploring. The host was kind and responsive, and everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again!

You won’t regret it! If anything you’ll regret not staying there longer. This is my NUMBER 1 Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at (moving the airbnb I stayed at in Paris to number 2). The host was so friendly and knowledgeable! He gave me a tour for a couple of hours and it was a great way to spend the day. The house is so beautiful the pictures don’t do it justice. Everyday I found something in there that I fell in love with. There are windows in every room with fantastic views. He has a garden where he let me take rosemary and lavender I used it in the hot tub. I ended up staying g there by myself but any time I had a question he responded even gave me other recommendations since I had done most of the things on the list. I’m so sad I had to leave but I will definitely be going back!! Chibi is a plump 😂 cat that comes to visit you by the front yard for food it was so nice to see him everyday. This was truly an amazing place and experience and for the price omg it’s unbelievable. A thousand/10

便利な立地で、チェックイン等もスムーズでした。 メッセージで質問するとすぐに対応してくれるので安心できます。 また博多に滞在する際は利用させていただきたいと思います。

We enjoyed our stay. The location and view were great. Many eating places, bakery, supermarkets & subway in the area all within walking distance. We found the seat, coffee table and sofa are too low and uncomfortable for tall people. We would recommend a normal size table and chairs next to the kitchen area to replace the boxed in mattress on the floor that can’t be moved.

위치가 어디든 도보로 갈수잇어서 정말 좋았고, 숙소에 요리 도구와 주방이 있어서 마트에서 맛있는 음식도 사서 해먹을수잇어서 좋았습니다. 남자 5명 충분히 넉넉하게 잘 사용하였습니더

雖然要步行10-15分鐘，但在博多站附近十分方便。環境十分乾淨和舒適。入住指示十分清晰，順利取得鎖匙。

Very nice place to stay at. It’s like 2 stops away from Hakata station. Actually quite a walk from the station for older people. Took 15min… other than that really love the place! Will do book again! 👍🏻

숙소도 넓고, 엄청 깨끗했습니다! 위치도 하카타 역에서 가까워서 좋았구요ㅋㅋ 그리고 추가로 입실하시는 분들께 꿀팁 드리자면... 받으시는 열쇠로 방 문 여실때 문 손잡이 위 아래의 패킹을 여셔서 둘다 열쇠를 따셔야지 열립니다. 그리고 문이 자동으로 잠기지 않으니 주의하세요!!!

매우 편안하고 즐거운 여행이 되었던 숙소였습니다 다음에도 하카타역 쪽에 여행을 한다면 한번 더 이용하고 싶습니다

숙소가 정말 깨끗해서 또 이용하고 싶네요 욕조도 있어서 여행 후 족욕 및 반신욕하기 정말 좋았습니다! 호스트 분들도 신속하게 피드백주시고 정말 조용하면서 편안하고 안전한 여행을 했습니다 대만족했어요! 나중에 또 예약하겠습니다!!!!
