Our house is both unique, charming and well functioning. Every room has its own character, including a newly renovated bathroom (e.g. Japanese toilet), bedroom and kitchen-dining area with access to a sunny, idyllic and spacious private backyard. Located in the famous "Kartoffelrækkerne", the house is close both to coffee shops and places to eat, SMK (National Gallery of Denmark), public transport (metro, buses) and to the city center (20 minutes of walk). Here you get a slice of the chambered "old" Juelsminde . The house was built in 1929. In the facade shop, I run a small cozy hairdresser salon, and in the “house” garage our adult daughter runs a flower shop, 🌺while the new refurbished back house + the first floor houses the 74m 'large holiday home. The flowery garden has two terraces, so both morning coffee and evening barbecues can be enjoyed in the sunshine.
