Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

Relax with the family in this cozy home. The house is located at the end of a closed road with its own driveway and large garden. While the adults relax on the terrace, the children can play on the trampoline or in the playhouse. Should you feel like a dip, the house is about 300 meters from Roskilde Fjord, with a swimming bridge and mini beach for the little ones. The house is located about 20 km from Roskilde, Frederiksund and Holdbæk, and it is a good 45 minutes by car to Copenhagen. Electricity is NOT included in the rent. (see other details)

Lovely charming wooden house, which is located as an annex to a closed farm. The house has its own driveway behind the old barn, and its own small wooden terrace. The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with large sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with a 120 cm bed. The house can accommodate 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on the 1½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately, not a handicap-friendly house.

Outside, you can enjoy the beautiful view or sit by the fireplace and enjoy nature. There are many good hiking trails in the area. The cottage has 3 kayaks you can borrow if you want to enjoy the fjord from the water. The fjord "Tempelkrogen" is known for its good fishing waters. The cottage is 45 minutes from Copenhagen.

Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
