Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 square meters, we offer accommodation with cozy warmth thanks to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.) our recessed pool (heated by solar - water temperature is therefore dependent on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Das in 2020 fertig gestellte Ferienhaus bietet auf 57qm zwei Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche mit Essbereich, Bad + Regendusche sowie eine finnischen Sauna (50-70 Grad), Holzofen ein Ambiente, das selbst kalte und regnerische Tage behaglich macht. Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Beautiful two-room apartment (about 60 m²), in the beautiful Mauer near Heidelberg. The apartment has a large living room with a sitting area, a TV, as well as a dining area with an open kitchen. The kitchen is of very high quality & modern design. In the hallway to the bedroom there is also a closet to store clothes. The bedroom consists of a double bed, as well as a closet. Next to the apartment there is a garden (lawn) which can be used.

The lovingly renovated attic apartment with loggia offers stunning panoramic views of the Neckar Valley and the Kraichgau. There is an open kitchen, dining, living area and 2 bedrooms. A ladder staircase leads to the converted attic. The turn-of-the-century estate with sheep pasture and spring is located in front of the walls of the historic Dilsberg Castle and invites you to relax. We ask that you observe the quiet hours from 10 pm.

Vacation in the Odenwald - Entire Robinson vacation home

The house is located in the holiday village of Waldbrunn. A few minutes' walk from the cottage is a spa with sauna. The house has an excellent location in the middle of nature and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. Electricity (€0.40/kWh) and gas (€3.20/cbm) according to consumption as well as the visitor's tax (€1.00/adult/day) are to be paid. Bed linen and towels are to be brought or can be booked (€13 pp/set).

Beautiful bright studio in Möckmühl

The apartment is in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a bright room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping opportunity and has a width of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 people. On the sofa is a foam upholstery of about 6 cm. Another sleeping option is a normal bed. Parking is available in the immediate vicinity.

A home, only for me

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.

The living space The apartment has a size of approx. 40 m². There is a bedroom (bed 1.40 cm). A wardrobe is available. In the living room, there is a table with chairs, a kitchenette with a fridge and a couch. A shower with toilet completes the apartment. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Waldbrunn is a climatic health resort. You can walk to a riding stable or a thermal bath in 5 minutes. Cycling or hiking, for example, to the Katzenbuckel where there is also a lake. In the thermal bath there is also tourist information.
