Our apartment with garden is located in the historic center of Oberkaufungen and directly on a walking and cycling path. It is located in a half-timbered house with a view of the collegiate church and the Kaufung Forest. The tram to Kassel takes about 10 minutes. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4, there is a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. In the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Pets are welcome by arrangement and cost 1x 10 euros more.

Extensive range from spices to board games, washing machine, fly screens and care products. A recreational area in the district of the Documenta city of Kassel can be reached in about 15 minutes.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning oven, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on our property. Next to the house is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

The newly renovated, comfortable studio is on the ground floor of a traditional half-timbered house (Fachwerkhaus). It offers about 32.00 square meters of living / dining room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, a small fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio can be occupied by 1-4 people. Floor-to-ceiling windows ensure good lighting and an attractive view of the quiet, green garden, in which there is a separate seat that belongs to the studio.

Apartment in Helsa

The apartment is new and lovingly furnished, including charcoal grill for cozy evenings. You can also use the covered terrace (under construction). Helsa is easily accessible by tram and offers everything for everyday needs (pharmacy, Netto, Edeka). In just 15-20 minutes you will be in Kassel. The Feldbogenparcours tickets are particularly beautiful at the gas station. In summer, the outdoor swimming pool provides refreshing variety.

In the heart of Kaufungen, close to the train station and only 2 minutes' drive from the B7, this 3-room apartment is located. It is on the second floor and has a large spacious living room, a dining area, and a large kitchen. The beige bedroom has a 2x2 meter bed and another sofa bed for one person. The other room has a 1.80 x 2 m bed and a large desk. The large sofa can also be used as a bed for one person if necessary.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
