Tabitabi Kanoe Mitsu is a fully renovated, over 100-year-old Kyomachi house, located right next to Rokubo-Ritsu-Ji Temple, and is limited to one group per day. Looking from the entrance, you can see the garden spreading beyond the Yukimi Shoji sliding screen. It features a large palm tree. When you open the window from the living room, the semi-open-air bath directly connected to the garden invites guests to the best healing experience regardless of the season. The bathtub is made of Shigaraki-yaki, produced in a kiln in Shiga Prefecture. The far infrared effect warms the body to the core and makes it difficult for the bath to cool down. Why not relax from the daily grind while enjoying a drink and taking in the beautiful Japanese garden? The Japanese-style room on the second floor features a shoji screen with a Mondrian-style design. The bedroom headboard is designed to resemble the Tateyama mountain range. Kyoto Seifu-an is a private accommodation in a Kyomachiya house, located a short distance from the Shirakawa River in Higashiyama Sanjo. Also, the alley in front has little traffic, very quiet, and you can spend plenty of relaxing time. Kyoto Seifu-an is a 4-minute walk from Higashiyama Station on the Tozai Subway Line, where you can walk to nearby temples, walk to Heian Shrine, Yasaka Shrine, Kiyomizu Temple, and Gion. ③ Good location, New opening

We opened this guest house in October, 2017. It is the middle of downtown in Kyoto. It is 5 minutes walk from Kawaramachi station(Hankyu line). From Shijo station, it is 10 minutes walk. From Shijo station to Kyoto station is 4 minutes by subway. Our guest house is next to Shin-kyogoku dori, there are many restaurants, souvenir shops, convenient stores, fashion items, 100yen stores.... It is easy to access to Nishiki-ichiba(we called the kitchen of Kyoto, market), Teramachi dori, Gion on foot.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. The apartment is 5 minutes walking from imperial garden , 7 minutes from Kyoto City Hall . Good mix of antique and modern kyoto , as many as you can find trendy restaurants and cafes & bakeries all around, you find traditional Japanese tea house and sweet stores also local eat-ins. Although commercial center is walking away distance , my place is on quiet one way street.
