Treat yourself to your own Hamptons by the bay. Private studio accommodation, a 3 minute walk to the beach, bike track & Busselton Jetty precinct ( bikes available). Please note that due to some small renovations going on to the main house there maybe builders in the back yard from time to time during your stay. This shouldn't impact your stay as the studio is seperate to the house and the builders are very mindful of guests and will not start any works until 7.30 am in the morning.

Conveniently located to town, shops, restaurants, golf course, wineries, beaches and other local attractions. Ideal for couples or a family getaway.

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
