A beautiful private space with gleaming hardwood floors, located on a 100 acre farm in a historic renovated 1830's home only half a mile from downtown Keene. With stunning views of Mount Monadnock, this gorgeous setting offers a wonderful place to relax and enjoy whether you are interested in being around animals or just looking out over a stunning view. A country feel, paired with the ability to walk or bike to downtown Keene, makes this apartment unique and well worth a visit.
“The farm is truly gorgeous and even more stunning than portrayed here on AirBnB. The property is truly amazing. There is so much to see and do. The animals are all so friendly and well taken care of. Our beagles were in heaven. One of our dogs has severe anxiety as a result of PTSD, like myself from my previous marriage but on the farm she truly came into her own. She sensed how calm and well taken care of the animals are and she was calmer than we’ve ever seen her. She acted like a true beagle for the first time. It was miraculous!”
Cozy, light filled guest bedroom with a memory foam bed. Our guests agree: this bed is super comfy! Spacious shared bathroom. This modest, clean and warm home is on a large lot in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to parks and trails. We're less than 5 minutes from major shopping plazas and Antioch University; about 7 minutes to downtown and Keene State College.
“Jim and Raven are great hosts. I am a frequent guest. The space is always clean, welcoming, and quiet which is what I’ve needed after working a long day.”
Three guest bedrooms in a Colonial home on Washington Street make a great launchpad for visitors to Keene. From here, it's a pleasant walk or drive to Downtown restaurants, the theatre and shops. The Sterling family has owned this pretty place since 1982 and a well-known local ad agency operates in the barn portion of the space. The open living room with TV and original fireplace adjoin a "tea room" with a bright bay window. Family chef-approved, guests are welcome to use the spacious kitchen.
“We loved this space. Very large and spacious home that was children and pet friendly. The Brick House has a sweet, old charm and was exceptionally clean and had the coolest added touches from toys, to Netflix, to geodes to look at. We adored the space and cant wait to return in warmer months (and to use the pool). The price is fantastic. There is a playground across the street. Beautiful sitting areas inside and outside the home. Downtown is a short walk from the house and the house is very close to bigger chain stores and restaurants, should you need them. Ruth was very responsive to messages and extremely accommodating. There is a shared bathroom in the space; however we had the house to ourselves for the entire stay which was awesome. We will most certainly return!!!”
