This is a separate, private studio with private entrance attached to the main house, but on the second floor above the garage. Your studio is completely separate upstairs floor behind a locked door. Laundry room is a connecting, shared space. I live in the main house. We will not cross paths unless you want to meet. Single floor residence has heated pool and wide water views, high ceilings and french doors leading to a covered lanai and screened in pool area. 5 bicycles for your use. Master Bedroom has new bedset and Westin Hotel Heavenly Bed Mattress for a very comfortable night sleep. The beach entrance at Tigertail beach a short walk away. If you want to enjoy late morning through evening sun, the pool has to be facing south or west, like the pool here.
