2-room apartment/south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment house with elevator on the northern outskirts of Westerland center. 2 min. walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 min. to the Syltness- Center/ Kurmittelhaus, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance about 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023 in the basement and in the spring of 2024 on the first floor. Therefore, some of the interior does not yet have pictures.
