The oak house with its own large garden is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein with a wide view over the surrounding fields. There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

Im Garten befindet sich (mit Abstand!!!! Zum Haus) ein Bienenstock mit lieben Bienen 🐝 Wichtig: Es kommt auf den /die Gäste noch die Kurabgabe dazu, diese muß in Bar bezahlt werde. Stellt euch vor: Ihr öffnet die Tür eurer Ferienwohnung und seht zuerst das sanfte Grün des Rasens, dann die Promenade, den weichen Sandstrand und schließlich das weite Meer. Keine Straße, kein Lärm – nur Wasser, Himmel und frische Meeresluft. Die Wohnung selbst ist ein Rückzugsort für Genießer. Sie wurde 2026 komplett kernsaniert, mit klarer, moderner Raumaufteilung, hochwertigen Materialien und einem stimmigen Lichtkonzept. Der offene Wohnbereich führt direkt auf den Panorama-Balkon.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt 250m von der schönen Strandpromenade entfernt und verfügt auf 43 m² über 1,5 Zimmer mit 4 Schlafplätzen. Ausgestattet ist sie mit Duschbad, vollwertiger Einbauküche inkl. Backofen und 4 Platten-Cerankochfeld, Sat-TV, WLAN, Loggia und eigenem Stellplatz. Die Loggia ist in Südausrichtung gelegen und ist für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Die Wohnung wurde im Oktober 2021 frisch renoviert.

Our small 49-square-meter apartment is located 150 meters from the beach. It was completely renovated in June 2025. It has 4 sleeping places in 2 bedrooms, 2 each in the 1st bedroom (1st bed 1.40 m x 2.00 m, 2nd bed 1.00 m x 2.00 m) and 2 in the 2nd bedroom. (Bed 1.60 m x 2.00 m). It has a balcony, kitchen, bathroom, car parking space on the garage driveway. The apartment has Wi-Fi and is equipped with high-quality designer sliding doors made of wood in a stable door look.

In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

A terrace with its own beach chair & other seating in our well-kept garden invites you to linger. 2 bikes can be used if available.
