It has all the amenities: fully equipped kitchen supplied with breakfast options, Wi-Fi , as well as a washer/dryer and heated garage. It’s one block from the hospital, three blocks from the high school, and easy walking distance to the library, Beemun’s, Safeway, and the Soldotna Creek Park, just to name a few places. One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.
