Welcome to the hilltop on our 135 acre ranch. We are located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country with close proximity to everything! Our Dog Trot Guest Suites consists of 2 suites each with a queen bed, an additional sleeping area (daybed or trunnel) and private bath. Our 180 deg views are spectacular and the stars at night are big and bright! The Blanco Bungalow is a cute bungalow nestled in the quaint town of Blanco, Texas. Recently updated and located within walking distance of the Blanco River, you can walk to the park, river or the Blanco town square within minutes. This adorable 4 bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow has t.v.'s in every bedroom and a large 70" t.v. in the living room. There is also a carport. The best part of this bungalow is the extensive covered patio. The house is best suited for 6 adults and 2 kids.

The Deer Haven Ranch Cottage 4 Beds

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on a working ranch. Built in the late 1800's. Immigrant family homestead. The Indians use to meet under the large oak trees in the front yard. The cottage is about a 5 minute drive to town, so you have the advantage of being peacefully out in the country enjoy the dark night sky full of stars. There are 3 AC window units in the Cottage, the Living room, the Master and the Kitchen, the house easily cools to 70 degrees on a hot day.

The deck has a two-person hot tub and sitting area to enjoy the panoramic view of the hill country and catch the most breathtaking sunsets. This view takes stargazing to a whole new level. This unique home is not just a couple's getaway; it's an experience.

Our cozy one room cabin is tucked away in a peaceful wooded area, accompanied by the sounds of a running creek just out front. This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.

The Riverwood - A Hill Country retreat!

The Riverwood cabin was built by the property owner (Oso), a direct descendant of Dr. Herff, an early settler to Boerne in the 1850's. The rustic, craftsman-built cabin sits on an 85 acre historic ranch and wildlife preserve, located just 2 miles from downtown Boerne Square. The cabin is a bit quirky, and definitely an experience, yet has all the comforts you will need for a relaxing stay with friends or family! Please read house rules before booking.
