This home belonged to my grandmother and has loads of personality. It has been recently updated while still preserving its charm. Fast internet, new AC, all the necessities in the kitchen, new bedding, and a relaxing outdoor space! The location is perfect. Walk to the best the area has to offer or spend the day just 1 mile away at the beach (parking pass included) or unwind and relax on the deck or patio and enjoy a gorgeous view of the Drift Roses when in season. Directly on the beach with views of the water on both sides. This 4 bed/2 bath house has a modern feel with lots of windows and natural light. Very white, bright, and clean and can sleep up to 12 people. Amazing views and location, and it's one of a kind. The sunrises and sunsets can be seen on both sides of the home. The kitchen is stocked with everything from a microwave to a blender...you'll have what you need...and parking for 4 cars.

Winter-wonderland, close to skiing and a walk from great dining. In the summer, enjoy the quiet backyard or walk to the beach! No need to find parking, my place is 3/10 of a mile from downtown Kennebunkport and 7/10 of a mile to Gooch's Beach. You will love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples. It has a tempurpedic king-sized bed and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room.
