You will be centrally located to the beach and downtown St Pete, in this 3-bedroom (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds) 2.5-bath home. You will be about 15 minutes from the beaches (This includes…St Pete Beach, Treasure Island Beach, and Madeira Beach) as well as downtown St. Petersburg and only 5 minutes away from Tyrone mall, which has many different restaurants and stores. In addition, there is a park, within walking distance, that has a large playground, splash pad, and sports courts.

Spend your vacation in luxury! The hot tub and heated swimming pool are perfect for a family vacation or a couples' retreat. In winter we keep the pool temperature at 85 degrees. The living room features a 75’ TV! Short drive to Madeira Beach and Treasure Island. Small parties are allowed. A lot of parking space.
