We have canoes and kayaks to also enjoy the river. 3 decks/porches ( 1 external under the Big Pine Tree at Rivers edge, 1 screened porch and 1 open porch on front of the home. Wifi . No parties or drugs

Within 2km from both Dumont & City Hospital and Université de Moncton. 5 min drive or 30 min walk to downtown Main St, 4-Plex (Superior Propane Centre) & Avenir Centre. I live with three dogs who have access to a fenced backyard (separate to the air Bnb). Although they are very friendly, if you're afraid of dogs, do not book here as you might meet them while we’re outside.
