Judd and Joan are wonderful and attentive hosts. Excellent communications. They were there to welcome us and walk us through the space. The unit has everything and more. Great details and very comfortable. The location was very private and the outdoor space and garden was magical. It’s a nature paradise. Judd and Joan showed great care in ensuring we had everything we needed. This ranks as one of our best Airbnb experience and would highly recommend.

My friend and I spent a lovely autumn weekend at this quiet cottage. We loved the beautiful surroundings and eclectic decorations. We especially liked the chicken lamp and hanging lights outside. The historic tiny home has real character, and the small but well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook our own meals. The toilet in the kitchen area was a little quirky but we made it work. The bed in the loft and the couch were comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out on the little porch to admire the garden, listen to the crickets, and watch the birds and rabbits. So peaceful and lovely, a chance to exhale. We enjoyed local outings to Clementine's ice cream, Narrow Lane orchard, and Goddard state park, and were within driving distance of Providence. We missed seeing Bertie in person, so we didn't get a chance to ask for her recommendations, but she was kind and responsive to our requests before we arrived.

Tyler was a great host! We stayed for a full 2 months so that is plenty of time for different issues to come up. On day in a wind storm a tree came down and it was cleaned up by dinner. There was also a maintenance man on call which with 3 boys was great. We are very happy we found a place that was pet friendly, in a great neighborhood to walk, beautiful well kept home (amazing Jacuzzi tub!!), and it was more reasonably priced then others in the surrounding area. Great find, and grateful we found it when we needed it. Tyler, Thank you for providing our home away from home! I would recommend this place to anyone, if my Mom doesn't beat you to booking it! She loved it too!
