Monthly Rentals in Kent

Everything was great! We were in town for a wedding and it was all that we needed for 5 nights and 6 days. He was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to find the door to the duplex and even had a neon sign that said “This must be the place” which was reassuring and also points for creativity. Also we needed to extend our stay twice and he was very helpful when the app wouldn’t let me. WiFi was easy appliances were easy to use, we even came home with all clean clothes. All the necessities were provided even a little laundry basket. Next time we visit our friends in Ohio we will definitely stay here again. The only thing i would say kind of bad was that the stairs were pretty steep and that was a little scary with a toddler but she learned them quick!

The location was very close to the wedding ceremony site we were attending. It is a quiet and beautiful environment. The living room and bedrooms are very cozy. The hosts are very kind and friendly and we enjoyed the short stay. Thank you so much!

This home is comfortable and has a wonderful fully covered front porch that is perfect to sit in morning with coffee and sit in the evening with a drink and watch the college town come alive. we will stay again and again if available whenever we are in Kent! Thanks Team!

My wife and I stayed a few months for an extended work project and had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited to our needs. The location was ideal—close to where we were working, which made things easy. Everything went smoothly, and communication with the host was great. We'd absolutely recommend this place and would stay again.
