I watched way too many shows of Tiny Luxury Homes and set out to create my own! Here you will find custom built in cabinetry, new flooring, exposed wooden beams, built in full size bed, a sparkling fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, gas stove and washer and dryer. My tiny space is not a stand alone building. It’s a converted apartment with the idea of turning dreary into stunning. Water views and two minutes to the bus stop. Walking distance to town. This craftsman style suite will have you feeling as if you were aboard a ship, sleeping in a comfy bed, looking up at the beautiful handcrafted wooden ceiling sourced from local red and yellow cedar. Local woods are showcased throughout the home. With beach access across the street at Rotary Beach (AKA "Bugge's Beach" to locals) and a beautiful walking path, you have plenty of activities to fill your time. Relax after a full day of fishing/exploring Ketchikan at this peaceful place to stay. It has a private entrance and opens up to a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator. This Suite has a Queen-sized bed plus a Queen-sized bunkbed. There is also a Queen-sized sofa bed in the living room area. There is a 40" Roku T.V. and Free Wi-Fi. This is a Suite with a full bathroom. It is attached to the main house and has free parking. This property is wooded and has a view of the water.
