Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Phnom Penh

This condo was very modern and clean. The furnishings were nice, linens were spotless, and bathrooms/kitchen all brand new. The views from the rooftop pool and bar were absolutely amazing. You could see all of Phnom Penh and the different rivers on all sides. The location was convenient,.. easy to get to everything and easy to find transportation. We never waited for more than 2 minutes for a Grab ride to arrive. The building was secure with guards out front and a keycard required to enter the lobby and elevator. The staff were friendly and helpful. The host was super responsive, friendly and kind. We stayed for 2 weeks and they arranged for a cleaning mid-way, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again.

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

D SUITES was my best experience in Cambodia, leaving to their place was just a same feeling as me traveling within China, host is a very young couple and warm hearted people I really appreciated the way they received me in their place I can really and fully recommend this place to anyone who is or planning to come in Cambodia. You can give it a try. It's really nice. The price is also very nice.😋

This is a wonderful housing location with super clean fully supplies. The water pressure is weak for shower. I wish there are aluminum foil and lastic wrapping supply that 8 apcan utilize the full sett kitchen More. Great oven, dish washer, Microwave, Laundry machine. There is a few bird pet noise I don't like from the neighbor next door day and night time everyday. I will come back next month again.

Rathana was a very sweet and wonderful woman.And cute!　She has a thin body. He carried my heavy suitcase upstairs.He even called me to a home party. The room is kept private and the room has a lock.There is also a cooler, shower and toilet for guests only.I was able to borrow laundry every day for free.Phnom Penh was hot, so there was something to wash every day, so it was helpful.There were also more than 30 hangers, and I was able to dry a lot. Drinking water was also prepared in the shared space in the kitchen on the ground floor.You can also lend you a refrigerator. There is a supermarket 5 minutes on foot well located.There is also a large supermarket within a 10-minute walk.There are also places to eat from local food, high-priced shops, and fast food on the same street. From the airport to the inn, it was $13 kilometers 6 dollars by grab tuk tuk for 40 minutes. The price of this accommodation is very reasonable. The room is spacious even with a double bed.However, there is only a small window in the room, so when you wear makeup, the mezzanine is a small shared floor, so there is a desk and chair, so you can wear makeup there.If you want to bask in the light, please bathe in the shared floor on the mezzanine floor.Phnom Penh is very hot, so it's nice to come back from the outside and the room is not hot.Even after checking out, it was helpful that they had a suitcase.It is a recommended accommodation!

My hosts were extremely friendly & helpful. They were always available. The room was very clean and spacious and the bathroom was immaculate. The bed was amazing, I haven't slept that well in a very long time ! Very convenient: the hosts offer a 2-wheeler/scooter rental service for those in need. The only inconvenience is outside of the hosts control: neighbors are very noisy especially on weekends. They sing their hearts away, cranking the volume up to max.

A beautiful and clean home and conveniently close to the airport! Leakhana was lovely and the communication was wonderful. I wish I could have stayed longer.

My friend and I had a wonderful two weeks at Reasey's place. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. It was very clean and well-equipped and she left little extras (coffee, tea, instant noodles) for us which were appreciated on arrival. The building is fantastic as it has a rooftop garden with beautiful views of the city. There is also a cafe/bakery, mini mart, and gym/swimming pool on the 4th floor which were super convenient. The neighborhood is completely safe and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There are tuk-tuks always around too which make it convenient to get around the city if you don't feel like walking. Reasey checked in on us and was always super responsive. She is a wonderful host and I highly recommend staying at her place. If I go back to Phnom Penh, I will definitely stay at her place again. Thank you for everything Reasey!

It was in a very good location, and we had a pleasant time in a beautiful property like a luxury hotel. The staff at the facility and the host were very kind and responsive, so we had no problem staying at all. It was not a problem with the room, but the location was close to the main street, and I was a little concerned that I could hear the sound of the traffic flute almost every day.

The apartment was exactly like the photos, spacious and very modern. It was a space that you could definitely stay at long term. The entire apartment, the appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom all seemed very new and modern. The building was always clean and well maintained, with friendly staff. The gym and pool area were amazing, they were well looked after, very accessible and a huge bonus to get with your stay. The value you get for what you pay is very good. Cao was a really friendly, polite and helpful host - the communication was always really fast and Cao was always very quick to help out with any request or message. Again - very pleasant stay, a good apartment for a long or short term stay!

We celebrate new year in this room, so it was perfect. Amazing view! Room was very clean and comfy. Price of the rent is reasonable. Fast answers on all questions. Highly recommend!
