We welcome you to our place on earth, and literally it's a little under... where you can rest comfortably, sleep at night and during the day as long as you feel like it. We offer a comfortable apartment, a unique interior, a relaxing bath, a comfortable split bed, a cup of coffee... It's cozy warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The window in the apartment is technical, does not provide access to sunlight, so we do not recommend our apartment for longer stays and for people with claustrophobia. Fresh air is provided by the air control unit. The apartment is located in the very center of Poznań, on level -1 (underground) in a revitalized tenement house in the vicinity of the Old Market Square, the Warta River and the largest shopping centers of Poznań. There is a paid guarded parking lot nearby, and parking is available under the building (in the "centre" paid zone). For those who come by car but don't plan to use it to get around the city, we offer the option to rent a space in our garage (it's located about 800 metres from the apartment and costs an additional PLN 70/24 hours). The cottage by the pond in Poznań is half of a semi-detached house, an ideal place for intimate family or social gatherings (with the proviso that there is a quiet period from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The house has a separate entrance, its own gate and driveway gate - full privacy with a view of the pond and forests. The property has 2 large rooms, one on the ground floor with a terrace and a barbecue, and the other on the first floor. The PKP Poznań-Antoninek stop, buses and grocery stores are 700 m away. The house has two kitchenettes and, importantly, two bathrooms.
