It’s equipped with everything you may need during your getaway.The unit has its own entrance and a private outdoor area to enjoy a morning coffee. It's less than 1 mile walk to the beach (approximately 15-20min depending on pace) and a few blocks away from Mama Kwan's and Plaza Azteca. It's centrally located in Kill Devil Hills. 1 bedroom, first-floor apt w/living space and private entrance in a modern home only 0.3 mile to bay and a 2 min drive to beach. Centrally located in Kill Devil Hills on a quiet residential street. Catch the sunset from popular Bay Drive or go for a bike or walk along the waterfront multi-use path. Owners live on top floor with two school aged kids. We are a friendly, active family looking to make your stay on the Outer Banks as enjoyable as possible.
