Welcome to rent our basement. During your stay, you will be alone in our house. Boytan is 110 sqm and contains a large living room, dining room, large kitchen, laundry room and a toilet with shower. There is also a large garden with a greenhouse and a balcony with outdoor furniture to use. The accommodation is a stone's throw from Lake Åsunden with opportunities for beach walks, swimming, paddling and fishing. Bike paths and hiking trails are also nearby. Grocery store, restaurant & swimming area are within walking distance.

Take a morning swim, fish or relax by the dock in the evening sun. The cottage has character, soul and a magical atmosphere. On the plot there is also a large guest house in a charming converted barn – perfect for family or friends who want to vacation together but still have privacy. Close to forest, swimming, berry picking, hiking trails and Astrid Lindgren's World.

A classic Swedish cottage in beautiful surroundings, just by a small lake where you can swim from private bridge and row in a small boat. The house is 50 m2 with one bedroom with two beds and living room with bed sofa for two. A lovely terrass with bbq and sun beds with view over the lake. Bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water. 15 min from Åtvidaberg, 45 min from Linköping. Close to interesting sights in Östergötland. Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.

A lovely cottage with private beach

Beautiful cottage built as a traditional Swedish log house, with modern equipment and high comfort. Directly on the lake side with stunning views from a spacious terrace and full access to a private beach area. A bunk bed (the bottom bed is extra wide) in one bedroom and a double bed upstairs in the loft. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an outside BBQ. Perfect for 2 grown ups and 1-2 children. There is a small rowing boat perfect for fishing on the lake, a canoe and a kayak to rent.

It is neighbouring the host’s villa and has a lovely garden with a little stream crossing the lawn. It sits in a picturesque central corner of the village Kisa, with services and culture within 5 minutes walking, and still in the middle of wild forests.
