The Cabin at Never Done Farm is a country getaway situated on 50 serene acres in the heart of Oregon's Willamette Valley and home to a small, private equestrian facility. We are within 10 miles of Corvallis, Albany and Monmouth city centers. Enjoy miles of hiking and biking as the entrance to McDonald-Dunn State Forest is nearby, or plan a wine tour as several wineries are within a short drive of the farm. The cabin is perfect for those looking for a peaceful, unplugged, close-in rural retreat.
“My boyfriend and I have stayed at our fair share of AirBnbs and this was definitely the best of the best! The cabin is in a secluded location but close enough to drive to town if you need anything or want to go out to eat. The cabin itself was clean, fully stocked with yummy goodies and thoughtful touches. April and Ken were extremely helpful in helping us find a restaurant that was open for dine in and immediately answered the phone when we had trouble finding a hike. Our favorite part, which I didn’t see mentioned when we originally booked it was the bed! We are not ones to sleep in yet neither of us wanted to get out of bed at 10am! Will absolutely be back. What a lovely stay :)”
“David’s place is a modest home close to downtown Dallas and outdoor recreation where you can find many fun activities to participate in. My boyfriend and I felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed getting to know his friends and roommates and I would consider them our friends now! The bathroom is shared by several people, but it was never occupied for too long and it was always stocked with TP. Dave showed me how to use a French press coffee maker for the first time, showed my boyfriend a natural spring, played frisbee with us, was very personable, and a very hospitable host!”
We are located 2 miles from the entrance to the Mary's Peak recreation area, the highest spot in the coast range. During winter, there is usually access to snow, only a 15 minutes drive from our cabin to the top of Mary's Peak! There are many miles of trails, ranging from easy to difficult. The coastal town of Waldport is a 45 minutes drive, Oregon State University is a 20 minute drive away, and University of Oregon is 1 hour south of us. Cabin is on our private property where we live as well.
“Matt and his family really went above and beyond to make my friend and I feel comfortable throughout our stay. Not only did they provide us with a multitude of amenities, they were responsive and helpful when we didn’t know how to turn on the heat lamp. When Matt came down to help us, we were able to meet his beautiful family and sweet dog! The space itself was cozy and though there was no oven and only a hot plate, the amenities provided allowed us to still prepare beautiful meals. The access to the whole property was so special since it allowed us and our dogs the opportunity to enjoy the creek, the grassy fields and the seating areas placed throughout the property. Both the bed and pull out were comfortable and the fireplace was especially cozy! We cannot truly express how much we enjoyed this property and can not recommend it enough. We will definitely be back!”
