The new 40 m² high-quality basement apartment in the country house style with a small garden can accommodate up to 2 people as well as a baby/toddler. The living space extends over one floor with a living/bedroom as well as an adjoining kitchen, fully equipped. A counter with 3 bar stools makes for a particularly inviting feeling. In addition to the private garden, the highlight of the apartment is the open shower, which has access via the kitchen. The box spring bed is 160 x 200 cm.

Relax with your family in an old mill from the 15th century situated on the Plausdorf Estate, near Amöneburg and Kirchhain close the old University Town Marburg. There are endless bicycle paths beautiful walks through the surrounding forests and fields. 2 tennis and golf club, indoor and outdoor public swimming pools as well a Horse Riding Farms are close by. In the neighboring town Kirchhain are plenty of restaurants, 7! supermarkets and an Italian Ice Cream Café. Pets are welcome.

The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

Nearby are the Schlosspark Rauischholzhausen and the historic university town of Marburg (12 km). Car is recommended for maximum flexibility. A charging station for electric cars (11kW) is available and can be used on request (for a fee). The overnight price includes final cleaning.
