Large glazed balcony. There is electricity, and water is supplied indoors, even in winter. Outdoor summer kitchen. There is a fireplace, an air source heat pump and radiators in the upper cabin, and a radiator in the lower cabin. The sauna heating also keeps the space warm. Composting outdoor toilet, gas grill, wood grill, rowboat. Pets allowed. No smoking.
