Located in the center of Toei-cho, "Hongo", it is a 30-second walk to the bus stop. The liquor store, which was vacant for about 30 years, has been renovated by ourselves, incorporating the opinions of various people involved, and the interior has a warm wooden feel. There is also a hot spring, a supermarket, and a convenience store within about a 5-minute drive or bus ride. The room is "female/couple priority" and has a dedicated locker with a key.
