Stefanie’s apartment is spacious, clean, and bright, and it has everything we need. Overlooking beautiful fields, it is very peaceful and quiet. Stefanie is a very friendly host, and we would be happy to come here again!

Czysto, schludnie, kontakt z właścicielami świetny. Jako baza wyjazdowa na stoki, ten dom bardzo dobrze się sprawił.

Sehr gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Für ältere Menschen sind die Treppen ohne Lift etwas beschwerlich. Die Tiefgarage ist ein guter Vorteil.

Sehr schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage am Fluss mit tollem Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es weiterempfehlen!

Als 4-köpfige Familie hatten wir eine richtig gute Zeit in dem Appartment von Christina. Kommunikation zuvor 1a. Wir waren uns wegen Schlafgelegenheiten für unsere zwei kleinen Kinder unsicher und Christina konnte uns aushelfen, sodass wir diesbezüglich nichts mitbringen mussten. Das war sehr praktisch. Die Wohngegend war ruhig, von den beiden Hunden haben wir so gut wie gar nichts mitbekommen. Das Auto konnten wir vor der Tür parken und auch zu Fuß schon ein paar Ausflüge unternehmen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Anna war unglaublich freundlich, kommunikativ und stets hilfsbereit – von der reibungslosen Anreise bis hin zu wertvollen Insider-Tipps für die Umgebung. Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. Thank you, Nina! This was one of the best stays, we immediately felt like home. The apartment was super clean and modern. It was light and kitchen had anything, along with Nespresso machine. The building was super tradicional from outside, but really modern on the inside, with a lot of cute touches. You could feel Nina hosts with heart :-). She was super helpful and kind, we had a really good feeling after meeting her. We would love to come back anytime. Such a nice stay, that it made our winter holiday in Kaprun ever better!

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

SEMPLICEMENTE MERAVIGLIOSO! Un piccolo gioiellino di appartamento, pulito, dotato di confort utili x soggiorni sia brevi che lunghi. Zona meravigliosa con una comodissima fermata autobus che in mezz'oretta ti porta in centro Salisburgo (in 3, A/R pagato 20 euro). Host super disponibile e gentilissima. Tornerei ad occhi chiusi!

Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, sauberes Gebäude und Anlage, die Liebe zum Gebäude und der Anlage ist in jeder Faser zu spüren. Es ist hellhörig, daher ist Respekt den anderen Gästen ggü auch im eigenen Zimmer wichtig und Geduld im Sinne "Leben und leben lassen". Die Nähe zum Berg und dem Windbeutelbaron sind fantastisch! Ich liebe diese Sauna!!! Und kann jedem nur empfehlen bei euch abzuschalten und Kontakt zur Natur und Gleichgesinnten zu finden. 🫶🏻

Einfach wunderschön! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgezogen. Die Gegend ist ein Traum, alles wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen, man ist super schnell am See und das Haus ist auch wunderschön. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch für unsere Kinder wurde alles bereit gestellt, Wickelunterlage, Hochstuhl… Alles war da. Unser Hund war auch willkommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn es ist nicht einfach mit Hund schöne Unterkünfte zu finden. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Terasse ist riesig und die Sauna ist auch ganz toll! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder! Danke für alles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Christine was wonderful-she left us homemade apricot sauce and h/m almond cookies, bread, creamer. Coffee maker that grinds beans. Wifi was excellent & the washing machine & dryer worked great. Beds very comfortable with lots of pillows & blankets, and the most comfortable chair/ottoman combo I've ever used. We chose a place on Salzburg outskirts because of the dearth of airbnb's in the city. Being in a small town was both a plus and a minus. The plus is the peaceful surroundings & gorgeous views (big windows) of farm fields, the Alps & quaint houses. The minus is that it was more difficult to get to Salzburg Old Town than I expected. If you have a car, it's no problem, but we didn't. There is a train station 7 minutes walk, but often you need to take one that is 17 minutes walk and transfer one or more times; 20 minute walk to grocery store & restaurants. Many thanks to Christine for her generosity and kindness; she made our stay very pleasant.

The apartment was large comfortable and well equipped! It was a short walk from train station which was our primary mode of travel during our stay, traveling on day trips further into the mountains or into the city of Munich. After our day trips, we would finish the evenings sitting on the balcony. It was a very nice place. One last thing to note is while staying in Schliersee, the town has a 2 euro per night per guest fee that you pay the host. With this fee you get guest cards which provide free public transport within zones 6-9 as well as discounts at various venues. We used these cards every day of our stay. Hence the cards were worth well more than the small fee.

Andrea und ihr Mann waren ganz tolle Gastgeber. Wir fühlten uns sofort Willkommen und haben ein durch und durch bayrisches Silvester erlebt.

L'appartamento è molto bello e situato all'ultimo piano nel sottotetto. la casa è spaziosa e molto pulita e può accogliere senza problemi quattro o poi ospiti. la comunicazione con l'host nonostante le festività è stata tutto sommato semplice. Il paese di Chieming non offre particolari attività o luoghi d'interesse, quindi tenete conto che per visitare le stupende zone circostanti avrete sicuramente bisogno dell'auto.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Das Airbnb ist einfach super: ein modernes, einladendes Bad und eine separate Toilette. Es gibt ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und ein großes, helles Wohnzimmer. Dort steht eine Schlafcouch für zwei Personen. Besonders hübsch ist der große Fernseher. Die Küche ist sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet, und am Esstisch finden vier Personen locker Platz. Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle – alles da, was man braucht. Die Landstraße vorm Haus ist tagsüber etwas befahren, aber nachts schön ruhig – überhaupt kein Problem. Und der Ausblick? Einfach traumhaft schön! Da das Haus etwas abgelegen liegt, ist es eher etwas für Reisende mit Auto. Für Raucher gibt es eine überdachte Raucherecke auf dem Balkon – auch sehr hübsch. Wir haben uns richtig wohlgefühlt. Ein Airbnb, das kaum zu toppen ist. Salzburg-Besucher mit Auto – ran an den Speck! Kristinas Wohnjuwel nahe dem Obertrumer See wird euren Urlaub zum perfekten Erlebnis machen. Danke an Kristina!

Wir würden gern noch andere Worte finden als die positiven schon angegeben Bewertungen, weil...es war einfach wunderschön, genau so wie beschrieben und einfach so liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert und kuschelig. Es ist sofort zu erkennen, wenn man Bettina sieht, was für eine liebevolle, herzige Person Bettina ist - und Andy bestimmt auch -hatten nur noch ein wenig mehr mit Bettina kommuniziert. :) Ausgangspunkt für soooo viele schöne Ausflüge. Wir waren über Weihnachten da und sie stellte uns noch ein Weihnachtstrauß und eine Weihnachtstüte/Geschenk hin. Sooooo lieb. Vielen Dank für alles. Wer hier was zu meckern hat, dem ist nicht zu helfen. Alles Liebe von uns von ganzen Herzen.

Great stay at Viktoria’s apartment. Easy to find, very clean, spacious and relaxing. The patio is a bonus. Easy access to Salzburg city centre via the number 4 bus, takes less than 15 minutes, the bus stop is right outside, on the other side of the road. Can recommend
