We immediately felt comfortable in Marita's small yellow boathouse. It is located in the middle of Klaksvik, perfect for exploring the area. Communication with Marita was straightforward and very friendly and we would always come back when we are in the Faroe Islands again.

The house is beautiful: it feels like you're at home. Everything is really clean and equipped with everything you need: from towels to dishes. We can’t say enough about Marita’s apartment. Very newly renovated and everything was new and perfect! She has a wonderful view from the living room and bedroom of the bay and the town. Parking is free and nearby. And her place was immaculate. There was a little pub across the street several small restaurants and easy access into the rest of the town on their main road. This was probably one of the nicest Airbnb’s that we’ve had over the years! Thank you Marita!

Marita is a wonderful person and was super helpful. She stayed up late so we could get inside when we arrived. Also she was always available for questions. The apartment is clean and everything that we needed was avaiable. The location is within walking distance to the city center.

This is about a 5-10 minute drive from the different sites of Torshavn, a 20-30 minute walk. Great location on the hill with local access to a grocery store and a couple of delicious take away spots for meals. It was very comfortable, easy to navigate and perfect for a longer stay close to the city.

The apartment is very easily accessible from the airport. Amenities are complete and as described in the listing. Excursions over the islands are no problem from here. Hiking trails sometimes start right behind the house. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again, because in a week you have not seen everything in a long time.

The apartment was superbly located with great views and walk right down to the water. Very cozy neighborhood and close to Thorshavn. Very well located and comfortable apartment. And everything very clean. we went with two kids and they were very happy and comfortable. Sunneva greeted us with a wonderful venar and do for her! ( the jam and the beautiful buns). it was a very nice stay and we felt at home!

This Airbnb is a fantastic place to stay in Tórshavn! First of all, the location is great. The Airbnb is a short walk away from anywhere in Tórshavn and is only a 5-7 minute walk away from the nearest grocery store. It is also immediately next to Viðarlundin í Havn, a beautiful park. As for the facilities, the Airbnb comes exactly as pictured -- if anything, the apartment looks bigger in person! The kitchen is very large and has a fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and water kettle among other appliances, as well as many pots, pans, and dishes. The living room has a smart TV that allows connectivity to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The unit comes with a washer and dryer, which were very useful! Wifi was also always reliable and quick throughout my stay. Finally, any questions I had about the Airbnb were always answered in a quick and helpful way. There is even a guidebook giving information about Tórshavn in the Airbnb! Overall, this was a great place to stay and I would recommend it.

This apartment is the perfect location for a trip to the Faroes! It is located close to the center, easy to find and in a really quiet place! Holger and his wife were very helpful and answered our questions when we had any and gave us good tips and suggestions when we needed. I highly recommend this place ! We would definitely be back !
