Had an amazing stay in Klaksvik! The apartment had breathtaking views and a modern design. Our host was fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this gem!

be careful when booking this listing! it's so comfortable you may end up just staying at home and watching the sheep on the mountain (at least this is what I almost did). the apartment is incredibly cozy, but spacious at the same time. yes it is located next to a road, so you may hear some cars - but it is the Faroe Islands, not new york city! the traffic is barely there and it was not bothering at all. The apartment has a private bathroom, but it's "outside" of the apartment - honestly, in the age of hotel bathrooms with glass walls, I only appreciate the additional privacy ;) the bathroom is slightly dated but very comfortable and I personally enjoyed the vintage vibe. the hosts were incredibly nice and responsive. I feel grateful I was able to stay at their home. this is what airbnb should be about. also the location is perfect for exploring the islands. I want to be back to Faroe Islands and would gladly stay here again!

The location of the accommodation is really good, and it's easy to park. I had a good rest!

Kirsten is a great host. He welcomed us very warmly by giving us all the information about the house and the surroundings. She gave us really great tips on places to visit in these great islands. The house is beautiful: it feels like you're at home. Everything is really clean and equipped with everything you need: from towels to dishes. One of the best Airbnb we've been in as both an apartment and a host. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay, beautiful, comfortable place with parking and fantastic views. Everything I needed. Wish I could have stayed longer. Friendly and caring. Helped me find a local farmer and supplier of Faroes lamb. Very interesting to see and delicious.

We highly recommend this accomodation! It was even better than the pictures - super clean, very spacious, with cozy living room (with huge TV) where we spent our evenings. Kitchen was well equiped as well. The hosts are responsive, nice and very helpful, always ready to recommend local attractions and offer advice. The location is great - despite being close to the street, the apartment was quite and the neighborhood was peaceful. Parking right on apartment and walking distance to grocery store. It is perfect location for exploring other towns and Islands. We hope to return there!

exactly as described, and conveniently located near the center of Klaksvik, so it was an ideal base from which to walk around the town and also to explore all the Northern islands (especially with free parking nearby). The kitchen was well-equipped with dishes and utensils to prepare meals.

The stay at Durita and Fróðis place turned out to be above our expactations. Stunning views, lots of space and superfriendly hosts. Would love to come back another time.

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a little disappointing was that some of the amenities that are listed as included actually require an additional fee (laundry/jacuzzi/sauna), and the price, while reasonable, is not listed anywhere prior to check in. Wifi was available, but rather spotty, to the point of being unusable at times, but there is good LTE coverage throughout the space. All in all, our first time in the Faroes was great- Paulina & Boguslaw are great hosts who are willing to quickly help out with any issues that might pop up. I highly recommend staying in one of their rooms if they are available!
