This is a very unique property that is downtown, close to everything, but sits on a 1/2 acre, has tons of parking, and great views from almost every window!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.
