Just next to the lovely Kirkeskov forest. The apartment is renovated and is located in the basement of a nice old house from year 1900 with its own entrance. Welcome to our house built in 1914, it is 340kvm and a perfect house for a family and friends gathering. We have a big garden and barbecue area and 400 m. down to the seashore. Approx. 7 min. walk to the train station and 15 min by train up to Copenhagen city center. The house has five bedrooms, two bathrooms (one ensuite) and one toilet. In two of the bedrooms we have 180x200cm beds and the rest has 140x200cm beds. We also have two really good mattresses for those who don’t wish to share.

Enghave Plads and Meatpacking are only a few minutes away with cafés, restaurants, culture and shopping, yet the apartment is completely quiet. Ideal and spacious for people who wish to experience the less touristy Copenhagen. The apartment is decorated in minimalist Scandinavian style with Danish design pieces in neutral tones to create hygge. Includes dishwasher, washing machine and a balcony with room for two.

Centrally located in Charlottenlund is this 42 sqm weather with a secluded view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping areas of Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, then you are in the center of Cph. Close to forest and beach, Charll forest, Dyrehaven etc. The bed is 160x200 cm and is a new Dunlopillo bed, - with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, there is no smoking in my apartment. Don't know where else to write it :)
