V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden.

Apartman 4M

Apartment 4M is located at the Krlenac 18 Promenade. As it is a dead end, this can guarantee minimal vehicle traffic, thus ensuring privacy and peace. The center of Ogulin is about 850 meters or about 10 minutes on foot. The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house from the balcony and offers a beautiful view of Mount Klek from the bedroom. There is a parking lot in the yard, and guests can use a large garden where they can relax in a natural environment.

All furniture and details are unique and a lot of the pieces have been handmade by my husband. The house is located off a quiet road in Kraljevo Selo, a small village far from the city bustle and traffic. If you are looking for a family holiday house full of character and a peaceful oasis in nature to recharge, this is the right place.

Ljubica Cottage

Our wooden cottage is located in the village Mahićno near the town of Karlovac. The place is very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is by the woods where you can take a walk and see a lot of harmless animals. In just a few minutes’ walk through the woods and the meadow you can reach the river Kupa. You can also reach the river Dobra in ca. 20 min by foot and see where Dobra joins the Kupa. Both rivers are very clean and are great refreshment in hot summer days.
