It is located 5 km north of the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. It is only 6 km to the nearest guarded swimming spot (Stadtbad Stralsund).

The house is at the end of a dead end road in the front row with unobstructed views of the water.

Cook something delicious in the well-equipped kitchen, enjoy a glass of wine and let your gaze wander over the water. A TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs are available. For our little guests, we provide on request: a travel bed incl. bed linen, sleeping bag, high chair, baby bathtub and toys.

In the immediate vicinity are the islands of Rügen and Hiddensee as well as the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula with its long white sandy beaches.

Our favorite apartment No.9 in the northern old town of Rostock offers you everything you need for a perfect stay. It has one bedroom with a box spring bed (1.60 m), a nice dining/living room, a small but full open kitchen and a bathroom with tub and shower. The Wi-Fi is great! This favorite apartment is located between the city harbor with its numerous restaurants and the Kröpi shopping mile with many cafes.

Cozy vacation cottages on Rügen

We rent our cozy, stylish vacation home in the quiet west of Rügen. Our daughter calls it "Familienkate Schwalbenflug" [Swallow Flight Family Cottage], and that fits. There are 4 bedrooms available for adults and children. The house was thoroughly renovated by 2020, has a modern kitchen and two beautiful shower rooms, a sitting area with fireplace and a terrace overlooking the riding stable and horse paddock.
