The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Welcoming enjoyment

Space in beautiful location under a thatched roof, equipped with every luxury. Come and stay with us in front of the farm. We rent out two bedrooms with new box-spring beds. Furthermore, you will find a wonderful sauna next to the bathroom. The rooms and living space (>60m2) are equipped with separately adjustable airconditioners. Cot and chair on request. You can prepare your own breakfast in the kitchen. Please note: the garden is currently being renovated. This does not affect the interior spaces.

3 km away from Hardenberg in the beautiful hamlet "Engeland" is for rent on private property: Het Bakhuus, for B&B and short vacations. Hardenberg is located in the natural Vechtdal of Overijssel and has a lot to offer. De Roode Stee Grolloo (private entrance)

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Mansion complete upper house (for groups)

(8-16 people) This detached mansion from 1935 is located in the center of Emmen, just a few minutes' walk from the nightlife, train station, forest, Wildlands and the Rensenpark. There is ample (free!) parking. The entire upper house is more than half of this Villa with its own kitchen, living room, bathrooms, toilets and nice garden. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 single beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house.
