The perfect place for cycling, wine tasting and hiking through the Palatinate Forest. A butcher shop and a cosmetics studio are at the house. A bakery with a cafe right next door. There is free parking in front of the house and a lockable bicycle parking space is available upon request.

Hanni's apartment is one of two lovingly renovated accommodations. Energetically renovated according to the latest standard. Located right on the edge of the village. This promises peace and quiet! Sauna use is possible for a fee. The interior style is a mix of new and vintage furniture. The living room is equipped with an integrated small kitchenette, dining table and a sofa bed. The bathroom with shower/toilet/vanity. Bedroom with wardrobe. Parking is available within a courtyard.

We built the Blue Villa to make people happy: first our children and now our guests who enjoy the incredibly peaceful atmosphere and the breathtaking view over the wine route. The apartment in the basement offers 50 square meters of living space for couples who want to be completely private. A king-size bed invites you to cuddle. A simple kitchen complements the lovingly designed ambiance. Under the canopy of old oaks lies your private outdoor area of around 100 square meters.

Quiet 3-room apartment on the first floor of a two-family house with hiking trails from the front door. The most beautiful wine locations are at your feet. The apartment is fully equipped and offers up to 3 people a relaxing stay with incredible views over the Rhine Valley. Air conditioning can be used for 10 EUR per day if needed. From 2025, our municipality has decided on a "tourist tax" of EUR 1 per person per day. This needs to be paid in cash during your stay.

Enjoy your stay in our cozy apartment. The apartment is located in Grünstadt-Sausenheim, a wine village on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the German Wine Route. Grünstadt is centrally located with highway connection. The place is a perfect starting point for hikes and bike rides. In the house is a bakery with cafe, in the immediate vicinity is a butcher's shop. There is free parking and a lockable bicycle storage space.
