Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

Park at the house in one of the 4 private parking spaces (if free) or in the village according to the StVO [Road Traffic Act]. Comfortable box spring bed, well-equipped Miele kitchen, sofa bed for 1–2 more people in the eat-in kitchen. We live and work in the same house with a coaching practice & fountain construction. The finca is very idyllically located. Viva la Dolce Vita. That Lake Garda feeling right in the middle of the Steigerwald. 10 minutes by car from the state capital Erfurt. The exclusive furnishings made of high-quality materials and the unobstructed view of the Three Peaks are unique. Bike and hiking tours are a highlight here. The large pool and the jacuzzi are available for use seasonally from January to October. The sauna can be used year-round by up to 6 people. The barbecue grill and the 2 fireplaces invite you to relax.

Vippachedelhausen is located in the triangle of cities Jena, Weimar, and Erfurt and is ideal for excursions in the region. The place is directly connected to the cycling network of Central Thuringia and offers good opportunities for cycling and hiking. Swimming options are available at a natural lake (about 2 km) as well as at the gravel ponds near Erfurt (about 10 km). Shopping facilities are available. Garden with fire pit and hammock. Bicycles, a kayak, and a sauna can be used or booked additionally.

Vintage "Landhaus Rosa" near Weimar

Our German-American family would be so pleased to invite you into our home. Our charming, 200-year-old guest house is just a few minutes away from the historic town of Weimar. Home to Goethe and Schiller, Bauhaus and rich with culture, there is so much to see and do in this area. We have lovingly renovated our little cottage, framed by roses and furnished with antiques, melding the old-world with a touch of the modern. We hope that each of our guests feels at home.

The bedroom with large double bed is located upstairs in the gallery. Our farm dog Cleo is well-behaved and joyfully welcomes all guests.
