Living in a farmhouse

You will live on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day, 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna are an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or a walk with the horses can be booked.

Der Blick aus den bodentiefen Fenstern und von der 40qm Terrasse richtet sich auf das große Aussengelände und lädt zum Entspannen draußen in direktem Kontakt zur Natur ein. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.
