It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

On the ground floor of the cottage there is a kitchen, bathroom and living room with dining area. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. Near the cottage there is a marked place for a bonfire, a playground for children and a jacuzzi at no extra charge. About 300 m from the property there is a pond where you can fish. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building, situated on a slope, which allows you to use a large terrace and a side balcony overlooking the ski lifts. It is perfectly illuminated, because it has two large, sloping terrace windows. It is located at the end of the corridor, which ensures the comfort of silence. The advantage is the proximity of the ski resort in winter and hiking and cycling routes in summer. Nearby, you will find great food infrastructure.
