Close to multiple breweries, restaurants & shopping Large deck for grilling & outdoor dining with a private screened-in porch and a tiki hot tub. Located on a private, corner lot 2 bedrooms/1 bath, full kitchen. Our bungalow is not suitable for young children. There is a pet cleaning fee.

The location of the house also makes it an ideal home-base for trips to UT football/basketball games, UT graduation/special events, the Old City, Suttree Landing Park, and Ijam’s natural center. *We do charge a $15 per night pet fee.

Toad Hill: Dog Friendly! Close to Smokies, Airport

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).
