Нам очень понравилось гостить в доме Франческо. Он приятный и коммуникабельный молодой человек, отличный хозяин. Дом очень просторный, в реалии оказался больше, чем на фото. Светлый и свежий. В доме есть все необходимое для длительного проживария: большой холодильник, газовая плита, много посуды. Расположение для нас просто идеально. На мотобайке близко ко всему. И в то же время это тихий район и прекрасные соседи, живущие здесь длительно. Мы будем рады вернуться сюда еще раз.

Very affordable and minimal place to stay in koh phangan. Nice and quiet, but everything is a short bike ride away. Host was very communicative and helpful! Thank you

We stayed here for two nights and it was just what we needed - a cozy little getaway to unwind and reconnect. The house felt so warm and peaceful to us. We felt the house was well cared for, it felt like a home away from home. It was also nice to enjoy the green surroundings while relaxing with privacy.

The location is fantastic—just steps away from the beach, yet tucked away enough to feel private and peaceful. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed and offered a spacious layout that was perfect for our family. We especially appreciated the large open space, which gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help with any questions we had. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there. We're already looking forward to coming back!

This has been my second stay at the property. The rooms are great, based on numerous, consistent good qualities, e.g. location, space, cleanliness, service, tranquility, which are also mentioned by others. The host, Laurent is consisently responsive, available to provide solutions to make the stay experience comfortable. And special thanks to the staff team who are always kind, accommodating, and efficient.

I stayed here for 4-5 weeks, working remotely and had the best time! Natthaya is the most responsive host you will find on Airbnb. Anything from a mattress topper to having the room cleaned every 3 days, it was very easy staying here. She genuinely cares about your stay. You’ll sleep well as it’s a quiet area and very relaxing. Loads of great local places to eat near by and a brand new coffee shop next to the residence. It’s only 15 minute walk to Chaweng beach and it’s a super local area too. Would I recommend? Absolutely and I’ll be back in a few months.

We had a brilliant stay here and even extended for an extra night. Everything was clean and well kept. Natthaya is very friendly and informative. We would stay here again 👍

The best airbnb I have ever stayed in. Very easy to find, great location for someone who does not want to have to get lots of taxis ect. Room is stunning, very modern, clean, spacious and the air conditioning is perfect. I can not find any negatives about this place exept that I am not staying there longer 😢 but I will be back soon. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Natthaya’s place. The room and amenities were great and just as described. Great location, easily get walk to local shops/ restaurants and get into town. The pool was lovely too 😊 Nattaya was an excellent host, super responsive and helpful and thank you to her lovely cleaning too who did our laundry and kept our room spotless. 100% recommend!

It was a fantastic place to stay as a solo female traveler. The area around the house is very peaceful, and the host is always willing to help. If you can’t ride a scooter, you can request a ride on Grab.

Wow vilket fint boende. Stort och rymlig, allt var verkligen som på bilderna. Stort kök med allt som man behöver för att laga mat, sängen var stor och perfekt med AC i rummet. Där fanns en fin terass och perfekt läge till poolen som också var lagom stor att somma i. Utanför boendet fanns en 7/11. Kommer åter till detta fantastiska boende och underbara värdar. Love it 💕💕💕
