The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Our beautiful, almost 250-year-old house offers you everything you need to relax in the middle of nature or spend time with family and friends. The large garden invites you to linger in good weather and thanks to the wood-burning stove and sauna you can also make yourself comfortable on rainy days. The house is surrounded by the fields and forests of the Hunsrück, the Moselle can be reached in a few minutes by car.

Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.

A very cozy living and dining area with open kitchen, a bathroom, an outdoor sauna, a super comfortable box spring bed in the master bedroom, single beds in the other bedroom and a nice outdoor area with barbecue. We also provide you with electric bikes to explore our beautiful landscape.
