No supplements for wood, sauna, gas, Muurika (stove) bed linen, hammock, boat and jetty. This is included in the price. Cleaning can be booked for a price of 500 SEK. Fishing licenses are available to solve. No pets allowed.

It has been newly renovated with respect for the house's 170-year history, including the kitchen and bathroom. The house has its own entrance, terrace, parking space and is secluded from the rest of the property. There are 2 bikes available. The house is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. There is a staircase in the middle of the property where children could be seriously injured if they fall down.
