The villa is beautifully located in a large garden overlooking the sea and the high Møn. The house is part of Theater Møn, a former school, which is a theater and cultural center, where theater performances are regularly held, and various events are held, but it takes place in the other houses of the place. The villa for rent is the old inspector's house, completely renovated, with its own exit to the garden. It is newly renovated and tastefully decorated and suitable for one or more families renting the house together.

Here you live close to water, forest, shopping and not least Stege's cozy shopping street. The house invites you to socialize, both inside and outside. Lovely newer house very close to good child-friendly sandy beach, close to cafes and restaurants, harbor, big shopping center and only 10 minutes walk to Hundige station, with train every 10 min. It takes approx. 15 min. to Copenhagen C. There is private parking for 3 cars. There is plenty of space - both inside and out - and a lovely large terrace, with plenty of garden furniture and a weber gas grill. Are you fond sailing, there is a combined canoe / kayak that seats 2 people (see picture).

Live close to the city in quiet surroundings. We live in a 2-family house on a residential street with friendly and helpful neighbors. It is quiet here, even though the big city is not far away. Approx. 20 minutes to get into the city. 8 minutes walk to the station. We stay in the apartment downstairs, so we can help if there is anything you need. The garden is cozy with fruit trees and chickens, and you are welcome to sit outside when the weather is good. There are shops nearby.
