Architect-designed low-energy wooden house from Østerlars sawmill. The house is elevated above Listed (Svaneke), 1 minute walk from the bathing ladder in the harbor and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful beach "Høl". The house is completely secluded and with a great view of Listed, the Baltic Sea and Chr Ø. There is underfloor heating on both floors, and the house is suitable for winter stays. The house is hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed. NB! Guests are required to bring their own bed linen, towels, dish cloths, dish towels + shampoo, etc.

Located in scenic surroundings between 2 lakes close to Odense. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. There is a small new kitchen with oven, hot plate, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker (free capsules). There is free access to the garden, gas grill, simple outdoor kitchen and the lakes. Fishing licenses can be purchased online for $50.

Farmhouse with sea view and good space outside as well as inside.

Vestergaard is an old family farm, of which only the farmhouse remains. It has sea views from the kitchen, living room and bedrooms. The house is renovated in 2014 and is located on a very large plot with, among other things, old fruit trees, which are freely accessible to our guests. The garage building is from 2017, and you are welcome to use it. We use the house ourselves occasionally and have designed what we think fits the spirit of the house, with a few things dating back to our grandparents' time.
