The kitchen/living room has a large dining table and six chairs. There is a coffee machine and an air fryer. The washing machine and dryer are in the bathroom.

It is 1 km to Herfølge station, which has fast trains to Køge and Copenhagen. 4.5 km to Køge Golf Club.

The apartment is rented as an independent part of the house. In the other part of the house, we live as a family consisting of a mother, a father, two boys aged 7 and 8, and a curious dog.
