New modern apartment 50 m from the sea

The apartment is on the second floor of a new stylish house, no balcony. It is only 50 m from the sea. The position is perfect for swimming or beach walks. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and bedroom, but in a smaller kitchenette you can also find everything you need. It's made for a couple's time. To keep you free of worries when you arrive late, the apartment has water for refreshment, coffee capsules for the first morning, and a disposable shower gel in the bathroom.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. Within the building is a large garden with olive trees, space and content for the entertainment of children, and a large terrace with garden furniture and grill.
