Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

The lovingly furnished holiday flat is located in the centre of Bad Aibling on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. It is accessible by lift. Although you are in the centre of the town, it is quiet here. The train station, tourist information office, spa gardens, cinema, thermal baths, bakery and many other shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can park your car directly at the house and set off on foot to explore the town.

Durch den schönen Kurpark oder auch entlang an der Mangfall wird es gleichzeitig zu einem traumhaftschönen Spaziergang. Mehrere Kaffees, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einen Besuch wert. Zudem kann man traumhafte Seen sowie wunderschöne Wanderungen oder auch Städtetrips rundum schnell erreichen.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
