During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The apartment was completed in March 2013 and equipped with a living room ventilation, it is located on the 3rd floor (elevator available). A balcony facing southwest is also available, as well as the complete furnishings for a maximum of 4 people. An extra bed in the bedroom can accommodate a third person, the fourth in the living room. The kitchen is also new and equipped with high-quality electrical appliances. The car parking space is right next to the entrance. "BARRIER-FREE"

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. Pets are also welcome as long as the animals behave :-)

Das Apartment liegt in Pullach in der Nähe zu Bad Aibling. Der Ortskern Bad Aibling ist 1,5 Kilometer zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Durch den schönen Kurpark oder auch entlang an der Mangfall wird es gleichzeitig zu einem traumhaftschönen Spaziergang. Mehrere Kaffees, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind einen Besuch wert. Zudem kann man traumhafte Seen sowie wunderschöne Wanderungen oder auch Städtetrips rundum schnell erreichen.
