The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.

The cabin was planned over years of loving work and built using regional craftsmanship. Welcome to Sankt Englmar! Since the duplex apartment is very central, you can walk to restaurants or the spa gardens with a swimming pond. Some hiking trails can be started directly from the house. There are also ski slopes nearby and many activities for families such as the sled lift in winter or the treetop trail, toboggan run in the warmer seasons. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
